Why parents usually call
Most of the players I work with are already on a team. They are not starting out. They are stuck somewhere specific, and team practice is not where it gets fixed, because a coach with eighteen kids cannot stop everything to rebuild one player's first touch.
That is the gap I fill. Ninety minutes, one or two players, and we work on the thing actually holding them back. You will know what that thing is after the first session, because I will tell you straight.
The players who improve the most are the ones who understand what they are doing and enjoy doing it, so that is what I coach for.
Coaching
- Private and small group training2013 to present
Los Angeles, and Dripping Springs since January 2026. A working rotation of 20 to 30 players at a time. The core group included ten girls who went on to play Division I soccer, alongside boys who moved into the LA Galaxy Academy and Division I programs.
- LA Galaxy elite camps2014 to 2016
Camp coach inside the MLS club’s elite camp program, Southern California.
- Namyangju FC and a high school program, Seoul2013
Coached in South Korea while training and trialing with second and third division clubs.
- Fram SK, Southern California2011 to 2013
Youth coach at the club where I came up as a player.
No club job in that stretch, by choice. Coaching players directly paid better and did more for them than running a roster would have.

Brought over by an agent to trial with second and third division clubs.

See a session
Reading about it only goes so far. These are sessions in progress, so you can see how I work with a player before you get in touch.
How sessions run
Parents are welcome to stay and watch.
Every player starts with an assessment, so we know what we are actually working on. You get notes after each session and a written progress report you can keep. Sessions are built around the player in front of me, not a fixed curriculum.
USSF D License, United States Soccer Federation.
Ask about a session
Tell me your player's age, what team they are on, and what you want fixed, and I will tell you straight whether I am the right fit.
